Who we are
MergeSeat is a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands. It is responsible for the personal data described on this page. Contact: [email protected].
This website
- The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms.
- The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- If you email us, your address and message are used only to reply to you and are kept only as long as the conversation needs them.
Google account integration
MergeSeat operates a Google OAuth application named "Workspace MCP (Muhanad)". It is used only by MergeSeat's founder, to connect his own Google accounts to an AI assistant that runs on his own computer. It is not offered to the public.
- Data accessed: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Sheets data of the signed-in account, and only when the account holder asks the assistant for it.
- Use: only to carry out the account holder's own request, for example finding an email, drafting a reply for review or reading a calendar. Content needed to answer a request is processed by the AI assistant the account holder uses, under that provider's terms.
- No other use: Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, not shared with anyone else, and not used by MergeSeat to develop, improve or train AI or machine learning models.
- Storage: access tokens are stored only on the account holder's computer. MergeSeat runs no server that stores Google user data.
- Revoking access: at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections.
MergeSeat's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
